1. Can I have a variety of coffees in my subscription? Yes, however we recommend keeping them all in one subscription.
2. Can I purchase a subscription for someone else? Yes, you will be able to manage the subscription through the ReCharge service and can have it shipped anywhere you want.
3. I am getting backed up on coffee, can I suspend service temporarily? Absolutely, simply login to ReCharge and delay or suspend your shipments.
4. I lost my access to ReCharge how do I get back in? Email us at email@example.com and we can reset your email. If you still are having trouble with correspondence please check your clutter or junk folder.
5. Do you store my credit card? Texas Coffee Works does not store or have access to your credit card information. All confidential information is stored with ReCharge Subscription Platform and or Shopify.
6. I am looking for a coffee that I got in the store but not online? Unfortunately not all coffees are available as a subscription. If you would like to make a last minute substitution please call customer service at 512-675-3275 and we will do our best to make last minute changes.
